The process is as follows:
In each of 20 categories we will be inviting on-line nominations.
The winner of the remaining category – Property Personality of the Year/Outstanding Achievement – will be decided by the Estates Gazette editorial team.
You can nominate entries for your own company - or any other - in one or more of the 20 eligible categories. From this process an overall nomination list of entrants in each category will be generated. The Editor of the Estates Gazette will then decide upon which nominated companies should make up the final contender list. This will go out to a public vote which will be open from 1 - 30 June. During this time voters will be able to choose their favourite advisor or property company in one or more of the 20 categories. BUT, you will not be able to vote for your own business.
Please note that votes are monitored and if you vote more than once in a category only your first vote will be counted. VOTING IS NOW CLOSED.
This vote will decide the overall winners, who will be announced at the EG Awards evening at the Grosvenor House Hotel, 30 September 2008.
Nominations are unrestricted; you can put forward your own company for consideration in any category you feel appropriate. Please also note that whilst nomination ensures a company will be considered for a place on the EG Awards contender list a place on this list cannot be guaranteed. The editor’s decision is final.
